Kela khane ke fayde jo bohat km loog janty hain ye aik aisa fruit hai jo bohat ziyada khaya jata hai aur is ki afadiyat bohat kam loog janty hain jo loog banana pasand nahi karty agar un ko is ki ehmiyat ka andaza ho jaye tou wo kbhi bhi kela khane sy inkar nahi karyn gy kyn ky ye aisa fruit hai jo har mulk mein khaya jata hai ye sehat ky liye bohat eham kirdaar adaa karta hai is ky ilawa kobsoorti ky liye bhi boht eham fruit hai.

Qabaz Ka Fori Ilaj:

Kele main chun ky reshy (fiber) ki ziyadti hoti hai, is liye aanton ki tehreek ko ye bahal rakhta hai aur qabaz main mubtila afrad ky liye  ye bohat ziada mufeed hai.

Seene Mein Jalan Ka Ilaj:

Kela khany se jism main qudrati torr par tezabiyat (acidity) tehleel ho jati hai, is liye jb kabhi ap ko seeny main jalan ki shikayat ho ya khatti dakaryn aa rahi hoon tou kela kha lein, aram mily ga.

Maday Ka Ulcer Ka Ilaj:

Kele ka gooda by inteha naram aur chikna hota hai, is liye aanton ky liye is ka istemaal mufeed rehta hai, khas toor par aanto ky zakham (ulcer) ky marz mein is se madad li jaa sakti hai. Isi tarhan meday (stomach) main tezabiyat (acidity) aur sozish ko bhi ye is ki androoni diwaron pr hifazati lap charha kr km kr deta hai.

Khoon Ki Kami Ka Ilaj:

Khawateen hi aam toor pr khoon ki kami ka shikar rehti hain. Khoon ky aik intehai ehum juz hemoglobin ki kami sy khawateen by shumaar masayl ka shikar ho sakti hain. Kele main ye khasoosiyat hoti hai ky wo khoon main shamil hemoglobin ki paidawar ko mutahrik kr deta hai aur youn khoon ki kami ki shikar khawateen ki madad ho jati hai.

Mulk ky garam hisson main kasht kia jaany wala ye phal apny andar potassium ki qabil e zikar miqdar rakhta hai jb ky is main namak ki miqdar bohat kam hoti hai. Is lihaz sy blood pressure kam karny ky liye isy misali phal qarar dia jaa sakta hai. Kele ki is khasoosiyat ko American food and drug administration ny bhi tasleem kia hai.
