Kaddu Ka Halwa

Kaddu ka halwa eik bohat hi mazy daar metha (sweet dish) hai. Kaddu Ka Halwa banany ky bohat sy tareeky hain lakin ayen ham apko sb sy asan tareeka bataty hain.

Kaddu Ka Halwa

Ajza (Ingredient) :

  • 2 kg Kaddu.
  • 50 garam Pista.
  • 100 garam Nariyal ky tukry.
  • 250 garam Khoya.
  • 250 garam cheeni.
  • 250 garam Ghee.
  • 1 tbsp Kewra ka arq.

Tareeka (Procedure) :

1 frying pan lein aur us mein 2 kg kaddu daal dein aur 1 glass paani mila dein. Ab frying pan ko dhak dein aur halki aanch par pakny dein jb tak ky paani na kushk ho jaye. Ab is mein 250 garam ghee daal dein aur achi tarhan bhoon lein. Ab is mein cheeni shamil kar dein. Ab is ko khoob pakayeen. Ab is mein nariyal ky tukry aur khoya mila dein aur pakny dein. Sab sy akhir mein 1 tbsp kewa ka arq daal dein aur aag ko band kar dein. Ab is ko kisi dish mein nikaal lein aur katty hoye pisty daal kar pesh karain.
