Fayde (Benefits) :

  • Motapa bohat si bemariyon ki jar hai aur apple mein bohat ziada fiber hota hai jo motapa kam karny mein madad karta hai.
  • Apple mein vitamin A wafir miqdar mein paya jata hai jis ki waja sy insan ankhon ki bemari sy bacha rehta hai aur is sy ankhon ki benai tez hoti hai.
  • Apple khaany sy insan Anemia jesi bemari sy bacha hai jaa sakta hai kyn k apple mein kafi miqdar mein iron paya jaata hai jo k anemia sy larny ki bharpoor salahiyat rakhta hai.
